Welcome to our website. At Silkwood Property West Midlands Ltd our reason we run a business is to provide a "home from home" for our tenants and guests in our serviced accommodation. We do this by providing safe, well maintained, attractive houses in Worcester, Redditch, Warwick and Leamington Spa. My passion through this business, is coaching and helping people succeed with their property goals and visions.

ABOUT
Silkwood Property West Midlands Limited was founded in 2019 when I (Joanne) sold my gift shops in Stratford upon Avon and went looking for a new venture.
I invested in my education by doing a year long property course, learning all the property strategies and ways of acquiring properties. We now have Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO's), Serviced accommodation, supported accommodation and single lets across the West Midlands.
I work full time in the property business, which is my passion, drawing from my business acumen and knowledge achieved through running petrol stations, a chain of restaurants and over the last 24 years successful retail gift shops.
Mark, my husband and joint director, works full time as a Facility & Safety Manager, a profession suited to contributing time and expertise to the Company.
Many of these properties have been acquired by using investors funds, and by giving them a great return on their money. We buy, renovate, re-mortgage and rent. (BRRR)
We have built a core team of trusted professionals who advise and support us, all of whom ensure our projects progress efficiently. Our team includes brokers, solicitors, accountants, architects, designers, builders and an HMO Development Manager, with who we maintain an excellent working relationship with.
Most recently I have developed my passion for helping people and have started coaching and mentoring small businesses, some in the property industry but not all.
When I’m not working, I enjoy swimming, cycling and running (triathlons) also hill walking and skiing!
Portfolio
We have a varied portfolio including single let, serviced accommodation, HMO's and we have houses for adults with learning difficulties. We are always looking to expand the portfolio and offer an "Earn and Learn" service, (which is sharing the project from conception to completion).
Coaching
I enjoy the reward and satisfaction of seeing my coachees succeed and getting their first deal or even their tenth deal over the line.
I offer help with your vision, your mindset, your options (strategy) and accountability. A zoom call every fortnight to keep you focused and on track.
Investing
We work very closely with private investors and offer a good return on their money. Last year we successfully finished a commercial to residential project with happy investors - a win win. We are now actively looking for our next project in the West Midlands and for new investors.
