I am currently a coach and property mentor  for delegates on the year long mastermind program with the Property Investors Network (pin) and a business mentor for the government Help to Grow Scheme, Enterprise Nation.

I am here to help you and see your business succeed. I have been self-employed for the majority of my life gaining many years of business experience.

I specialise in property coaching  and mentoring in particular how to find investors and  BRRR (Buy, renovate, rent out to numerous strategies and refinance).

The fundamentals of running a business small or large regardless of the product/service offered are very similar, in fact, sometimes my not knowing too much about your business as a mentor or coach can be very beneficial for you.

My experience ranges from success in hospitality within a family run hotel, to being a general manager of a chain of restaurants in London, to successfully owning and running busy gift shops with online selling. Most recently I started a new property business that has built a solid portfolio, which now gives me a passive income. 

This business now gives me time to give a little back, by helping to coach or mentor you. 

I can help with the reality of where you are now, goal setting, facilitating your performance, your options and then the way forward to achieve your success. To build on growing your  success by helping with your mindset, your habits and actions to hold you accountable for moving forward. Plus, if relevant, how to network successfully including social media  to achieve your goals.
