Portfolio

During the past three years we have added to our single let and:

• extended and sold for a great profit a property that was already in our portfolio by adding an extension and significantly increasing the value enabling us to take out a sizeable  amount of money.
• completely refurbished a flat already in the portfolio increasing the rental value significantly.
• bought a circa 1905 very smelly house,  took it back to bricks and  renovated it  to produce a 5 bed House of Multiple occupation (HMO).
• bought and converted a 3 bed house into a 4 bed HMO currently let to a charity for adults with learning difficulties.
• taken on a rent to rent 6 bed HMO.
• converted a newsagent’s shop into 2 x 2 bedroomed modern Victorian houses. One of these is used for Serviced Accommodation (SA) (Airbnb) and the other is a single let.
